PNC/R Member and current Region 4 Chairman, Daniel Seeram has announced his endorsement of President Dr. Irfaan Ali and his government for a second term in office.In a brief statement posted on his Facebook page, Seeram stated, “After fruitful discussions and careful considerations on matters of National and Regional development, I am pleased to endorse President Irfaan Ali and Vice President Bharrat Jagdeo for a second term to lead the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.”The relationship between Seeram and the PNCR has experienced some turbulence over the years. In September 2023, Opposition Leader Aubrey Norton suggested that Seeram should “do the decent thing” and resign, citing domestic violence charges involving his wife.The two have also clashed over Norton’s leadership style, which has contributed to the strain in their relationship.
