Zulfikar Mustapha, M.P., Minister of Agriculture and team, earlier today visited flood-affected areas in Georgetown to assess flash flooding, listen to community needs, and discuss immediate relief efforts and longer-term recovery plans.
Minister Mustapha pledged immediate support for rapid assistance and mobilized an excavator to instantly commence work during his visit. All pumps and sluices are in operation.
