Azruddin Mohamed, 38, of Lot 19, Public Road, Houston East Bank Demerara, was charged on November 14, 2025, at Whim Magistrate Court for the offence Prohibited of tinted Glass/obscured ID mark / unlicensed motor vehicle and Uninsured motor vehicle.
The matter was called on several dates, and a summons was ordered by Magistrate T. Hardy for the Accused to appear in court on January 9, 2026. On Friday, January 9, 2026, the Accused appeared, and the charge was read to him; he pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Bail was granted for the following offences:
1) Prohibited tinted Glass- $5000
2) obscured ID mark – $40,000
3) Unlicensed motor vehicle – $10,000
4) Uninsured motor vehicle – $10000
