Singh and Mingo who were the only parties present in court were instructed to meet with their lawyers to resolve the issues. Court Marshals are yet to serve the proceedings on Lowenfield.

It would appear that the alleged contempt parties, as well as their lawyers, Anil Nandlall and Senior Counsel Neil Boston, are meeting as all of them have left the Chief Justice’s courtroom. They were last spotted traversing the court corridors.

Justice George has taken a break to deal with another matter. Justice George, in a very stern voice said that there is much grand standing on both sides. Justice George asked:”Why can’t we just get on with it?What is unclear about my decision.?”

Nandlall then sought to clarify that he is not at court to complain about the decision. He told the Chief Justice, “I am here to complain that your decision is being breached.”

Nandlall added that the very breach he is highlighting is being aggravated, as it is currently in process at Mingo’s office.

Speaking specially to the counting of votes, Justice George told them if you have to use your fingers, toes, calculator or go back to pre-historic times when there were no computers, it is the Returning Officer’s choice.

She added, “Long ago, we use to get a ruler and you draw the spreadsheet; and we called it a table.”
