A Linden man has found himself before the court once again to answer to a simple larceny charge.
Jomo Jordan of Block 22 Wismar Linden was hauled before Magistrate Wanda Fortune in the Linden Magistrateโs Court.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that on January 3, 2021, at Wisroc Housing Scheme, he robbed Keanna Rodriguez of a Samsung cell phone valued at $45,000 and $9,000 cash.
Magistrate Fortune, after listening to the prosecutionโs case, remanded Jordan to prison until January 22, 2021.
Jordan is not new to the law as, in 2015, he was charged for attempting to commit a felony. Besides, he was also charged for disorderly behaviour and indecently exposing his body.
