Police constable, Omali Lloyd, appeared today before Her Worship Wanda Fortune in the Linden Magistrate’s Court to answer three counts of uttering forged documents committed on Public Justice.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 on two of the matters and self bail on the other. As a condition for bail, he had to lodge his passport and was made to agree to report every last Friday of the month to the Wismar Police Station.

Attorney-at-Law, Gordon Gilhuys, represented Lloyd and the case was adjourned to January 22, 2021, for filing of statements.
