A Lindener who was charged with breach of restriction on social activities was today found guilty of the offence.
Clive Nobrega of Christianburg Wismar Linden appeared before Her Worship Wanda Fortune in the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
He was found guilty of hosting a party on January 24, 2021, at Blueberry Hill Wismar Linden. As such, he was sentenced to two weeks’ imprisonment by Her Worship Fortune.
Nobrega had pleaded not guilty on his first appearance and was granted bail in the sum of $30,000.
