Police ranks stationed in Berbice (Region 6) conducted “Operation Safe Road” within the Albion, Rosehall and #51 area yesterday.
During the exercise, 22 drivers were arrested for the various offences listed below:

Breach Of Insurance
Untidy Driver
Using Handheld mobile device while driving
Breach of prescribed fitness
Obscured ID mark
Conduct of driver
Obstruction of traffic
Failure to wear seatbelt
Crossing solid yellow line
Overloading of motor vehicle
Prohibition of tint
