The employment contracts of the Chief Elections Officer, Keith Lowenfield, Deputy Chief Elections Officer, Roxanne Myers and the Region Four Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo have been terminated.

Lowenfield, Mingo and Myers were fingered in actions that allegedly sought to manipulate the results of the March 2020 General and Regional Elections in favour of the then APNU+AFC government. They are currently before the courts facing several charges.
