Two boys, 15 and 17, were charged yesterday at the Number 51 Village Magistrates’ Court for break and enter and larceny committed on a cellular phone store between September 25 and 27, 2021, at Springlands, Corriverton, Berbice
The charge was laid under Section 229 (a) of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01 before Magistrate, Rabindranauth Singh virtually. The teens were not required to plead to the charge.
They were both remanded to the Juvenile Holding Centre and the case was postponed to January 6, 2022 for report.
