Yesterday, 39-year-old Questo Barth, a miner of lot 84 Sideline Dam Buxton, East Coast Demerara, who was arrested on March 2, 2022, was charged with the offences of Possession of Firearm Without Licence and Threatening Behaviour.
He appeared at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Fabyo Azore, where the charges were read to him. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to prison.
The matter was postponed until April 11, 2022.
