The Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission (GL&SC) has issued a statement refuting the claim made by the Mayor and City Council of Georgetown (M&CC)’s that the land earmarked for the construction of the Georgetown Seafront Reset and Convention Center along Carifesta Avenue belongs to that municipal body.
