Speaking with the Department of Public Information (DPI) on Thursday, Minister Ally said the initiative is intended to ensure citizens countrywide are aware of and can easily access government services.

“We’ve decided that we want to be in the communities. We want every single person, every single citizen, no matter where you are, to know about the services of the government,” the minister said.
He explained that the outreach bus will be staffed by teams from his ministry and other government agencies and will visit communities nationwide to engage residents directly.

Minister Ally also noted that the initiative will assist residents with downloading applications, logging into platforms and learning how to access available government services.
The minister said the goal is to create a population that is fully informed about government services while making access to those services more efficient and convenient.
