A wanted bulletin has been issued for 50-year-old Milaimi Alli, who allegedly paid her lover $7M to murder her fuel dealer husband in 2009.

Ramzan Alli was allegedly struck to the head and suffocated while asleep and stuffed in a car trunk by his wife and her lover. The vehicle was discovered in Coldingen, East Coast Demerara (ECD) hours after he was murdered.

The suspected lover, Sadeek Mohamed Mitchell, of Foulis, East Coast Demerara, was remanded to prison on Thursday for the heartless murder of the businessman.

This morning, the Guyana Police Force (GPF) said that the deceased’s wife is wanted for questioning in relation to the murder committed on Alli between July 11 and 12 in 2009 at Coldingen.

The 50-year-old’s last known address is listed as Lot 29 Good Hope, ECD; Gordon Street, Kitty; and 107-15 110 St Richmond Hill, Queens New York.

Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Milaimi Alli is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 226-2407, 225-2694, 229-2019, 229-2289, 227-1149, 911 or the nearest police station.

The Guyana Standard has been informed that the investigation into the murder of Alli was reopened last week after investigators received new information which led to the arrest of Mitchell, a taxi driver.

During interrogation at the Criminal Investigation Department, the suspect told police how he and the woman murdered the businessman while his children were sleeping in their respective rooms and then got rid of the body.

Back in 2009, both the woman and taxi driver were arrested but they were released due to lack of evidence.
