Police constable, Omali Lloyd, appeared today before Her Worship Wanda Fortune in the Linden Magistrateโ€™s Court to answer three counts of uttering forged documents committed on Public Justice.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 on two of the matters and self bail on the other. As a condition for bail, he had to lodge his passport and was made to agree to report every last Friday of the month to the Wismar Police Station.

Attorney-at-Law, Gordon Gilhuys, represented Lloyd and the case was adjourned to January 22, 2021, for filing of statements.
