On 2021-04-29 at 10:00 hours, 74-year-old Israel Jacob of Wrong Turn, 111 Miles, Mahdia, Potaro, who was charged with the offence of Possession of Narcotic for the Purpose of Trafficking, appeared at the Mahdia Magistrate Court via Zoom before Magistrate Sunil Scarce where the charge was read to him and he was remanded to prison until May 24, 2021.
According to reports, police uncovered 356 grammes of marijuana at Jacob’s home last week during a cordon and search exercise.
