Twenty-five-year-old Seon Ceasar, called ‘Ratty’, is wanted by the police for questioning in relation to murder committed on Nelson Thomas, also known as ‘Rambo’ on September 9, 2021 at Kaneville, East Bank Demerara.
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Ceasar is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 620-1943, 225-2700, 227-0968, 226-6978, 225-8196, 216-0252, 216-0254, 911 or the nearest police station.
All information, the force said, will be treated with the strictest confidence.
Thomas’ body was found under a shed at Kaneville. He and his wife had recently returned to Kaneville from the interior to register their newborn baby.
