The Ministry of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation has launched a mobile outreach bus to bring government services directly to citizens nationwide.
A video posted to the ministry’s Facebook page on Saturday stated that the initiative, driven by the vision of President Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali, seeks to make government services more accessible, efficient and responsive, especially for persons in communities who may face challenges accessing information and support.

The government outreach bus will visit communities, allowing residents to access government programmes and services, including CitizenConnect, GovConnect, SkillsConnect, Coursera opportunities, scholarships and other public services.

The ministry said the initiative forms part of the government’s broader effort to strengthen service delivery and improve public access to information and opportunities.
It reflects the government’s commitment to building a more connected and accessible Guyana, ensuring essential services are never out of reach for citizens. The initiative adds to the government service centre already set up in some regions. (Department of Public Information)
