Three months after 41-year-old Sherwin Apple was strangled, and his body dumped on the Kitty, Georgetown seawall, the police have issued a wanted bulletin for two persons who they believe were involved in the murder.

Apple was the individual who appeared in a pornographic video in September last with a young woman and another male.

His body was subsequently found on September 25, last– just days after investigators in Linden had expressed their interest in questioning him regarding his aggressive and “rape-like” behaviour in the footage.

Earlier today, the Guyana Police Force released a wanted bulletin for 41-year-old Chiowa Gray of lot 155 Lodge Housing Scheme, Georgetown and 32-year-old Kenrick Bourne of Lot 43 Wismar Housing Scheme, Linden.

The Guyana Standard has been informed that the two suspects are linked to the woman who was in the sex video with the deceased and a younger male.

Initially, it was thought that the 41-year-old committed suicide as a result of the pressure he faced with the release of the video which went viral. However, a post mortem examination later showed that he died from asphyxiation and compression to the neck.

According to information received, the teen agreed to take part in the threesome in the beginning but later backed out. In the footage she was seen pushing the deceased away, telling him that she can no longer “take it.”

At one point in the video, the young lady managed to push off the deceased and ran to the door but Apple grabbed and threw her back on the bed. He was heard threatening to punch her if she continued to resist.

The source said that the deceased hit her a few times on her legs when she tried to cross it, in an effort to prevent him from having sexual intercourse with her.

While both men had sex with the teen, it was the younger man who videoed most of the sexual encounter with Apple and the young woman.
