The Mangrove Information System is being relaunched at the Mangrove Information Centre, Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara, as part of efforts to strengthen mangrove conservation and improve access to vital environmental information in Guyana.
The initiative is expected to support sustainable coastal management, enhance monitoring and protection of mangrove ecosystems, and contribute to the country’s climate resilience efforts.
