Guyana, this morning, received the consignment of 24,000 doses of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine, obtained through the COVAX facility at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport.
Present at the airport to receive the shipment of vaccines were: Advisor to the Ministry of Health, Dr Leslie Ramsammy; EU Ambassador to Guyana, Mr Fernando Ponz Canto; UN Resident Coordinator, Ms Mikiko Tanaka and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Mr Malcom Watkins.
Hey: nothing from Mudda Africa, the second largest continent in the world?? Sorry, I forgot, their biggest industry is begging the racist whites for aid.
