Romario Rohit, a 26-year-old bulk crane operator was charged yesterday with the offence of Attempt to Commit Murder Contrary to Section 103 (c) of the Criminal Law ( Offences) Act Chapter 8:01.
He appeared at the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court Before Magistrate Renita Singh where the indictable charge was read to him and he was not required to plea.
Hence bail was granted in the sum of $180,000 and the matter was adjourned to December 10.
