Police say that 25-year-old baker, Moses Anthony of lot 28 Third Street, Alberttown, Georgetown, was killed two days ago by his 37-year-old brother.

Investigations revealed that Moses Anthony went home on March 10 about 21:20 hrs and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Investigators were told that he went to his brother’s home, which is in the same yard, and began hitting on his front door.

An argument ensued between the two and they eventually got into a scuffle with each other, during which, the older brother armed himself with a small piece of ceramic tile which he picked up from the ground and stabbed Moses to the right side of his throat.

Moses fell to the ground and began to bleed profusely. His brother made no attempt to flee and was arrested by police on site shortly after they arrived at the scene.

Moses Anthony was pronounced dead by Doctor Itwaru of the EMT and the body is presently lying at Memorial Gardens Funeral home awaiting a post-mortem examination.
